I used Schultz Realty 16 years ago and now again for the current home. They have been steadfast in providing a great customer experience. Chaz Schultz is down-to-earth, answered any questions I had, put me at ease. Unlike DC Metro area,, I felt no hustle. Just an honest guy helping you buy a house. This is important and the reason I want to live in Charles Town, WV. Because of people like him. I even became a little panicky a time or two. His calm manner settled me down.
