        Google needs to update this phone number on file (8055). I had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone for customer service and Google has the wrong number listed -- I sent an edit to Google over a week ago and it is still listed -- the poor gentleman even had to change his voicemail stating he is not affiliated with Ticketmaster. Please correct.

        Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Non-existent actually. I have been trying to get ahold of TicketMaster for a month to correct a mistake in my account that is not allowing me to access, sell, or transfer tickets I bought. $1,200 tickets at that. I emailed a dozen times, tried callingno point to that. I have not heard back from them in any way, shape, form or fashion. Will never EVER deal with this worthless company EVER again. Looks like i am about to just eat $1,200 bucksTicket master, your lack of helping your customers is pitiful. If you search in Facebook any band groupsask those groups who regularly attend concerts what TicketMaster customer service is like. You get laughed at. Thats what you get.

        I thought it was complicated. Put your password in, then change password, then get code from your e-mail to enter then get a phone call with another code... complicated!
