Zac is a very knowledgeable, skilled and polite certified technician.He came to our camp at Big Bear and fixed our issues right away. I would give him 5+ stars. If you are In need of any Rv repair, give this guy a call.

Zac has been out 3 times to assist with an electrical issue as well as non-funtioning steps. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in RV repair and a certified technician. He quickly located the issues and repaired said issues. I highly recommend him based on his work ethic, knowledge, skills and certification in RV repair. Additionally, it is a plus that he warranties his work.

Beware of using this guy, do your research and you will find all the multiple people who are after him for money they paid just like myself and can't get their money back. He has taken advantage of so many people in WV. I chased after him for 6 months trying to get my Money back, after threatening him with a lawsuit he finally mailed it. He lied more time than I can count, said his accounting department handles checks, kept saying he worked for someone else like he was not the owner. Said he mailed a check but was not even postmarked for 10 days later. Came to my camper and put duct tape on it and never came back. According to people at Big Bear Lake multiple lawsuits are against him. I don't believe NONE of the good reviews because too many people are chasing him for money. I am still considering a law suit against him for the extended damages he caused to my camper. If He ever shows up at my Campground I will personally have a talk with anyone he tries to work for. I am one customer that won't go away .

I contacted Royal RV with an emergency electric issue on New Years. He showed up and corrected the issue promptly. Since then he has fixed lights, fans, leaks and my furnace. He has even worked on my wife's mobile dog grooming van. I wouldn't use anyone else. Fair and trustworthy. I highly recommend.
