Smith & Son's Asphalt Paving

Hired them to seal coat my driveway completed the job his equipment was old and he was having issues but still completed he finished told me I can drive on in in 12 to 24 hrs . He spilt excess sealer in front of my driveway I asked that he clean it up so my Nabor s don’t get it on their car came back guess what he didn’t touch it and all his trash spread through my property It’s been 1 week and has runs everywhere bubbles and won’t cure completely owner won’t call me just able to talk to him through messenger son told me he would be out Friday didn’t show up when I told the owner that this is upsetting me haven’t been able to use my driveway in a week he told me. “ “I understand that ur annoyed but u gotta understand that we have other things we are doing to”🤦‍♂️Really no will be back Saturday or Monday going to file a better business bureau complaint I gave them the opportunity to fix this was I told buy a reputable company that They are no way to remove the sealer im going to have to rip up my driveway so I will also be going after them for the damages. Please do not use them u will not get a warranty and if u have a problem with something u are shit out of luck buyer beware!!!!!

These guys came to my home damaged my property, did not fulfill their side of the agreement, will not honor the warranty....don't waste your time or money

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!LOOK thru these reviews...see how many are from a "Carl". His intiials are CS!!! Holy moly most of the good review are from HIM!! I would laugh if it wern't so bad!! The job looked great when they left. Nice enough guys. BUT in about 7 months the driveway started to crumble and big holes are forming!! They WILL NOT answer my phone calls to honor their warrenty. I tricked Carl into calling me my pretending I was someone who wanted work done. When he relized I was a cusomer asking for him to honor is word he got mad. Said he would come and look.....NEVER showed and will no longer take calls from me OR NETWORX, who have decided NOT to let him advertise thru them any more.

Had my driveway sealed on 8 June by Carl and his brother. They were suppose to be at my house early in morning. Called them at noon and they said they had equipment problems but would be there in afternoon. They seal coated my driveway and filled some cracks. When Carl applied the seal coating it was streaky but he said it would dry out fine. He finished and I asked for receipt but he said he did not have his book and would bring receipt back later. Contacted him on 21, 23, 25, 28 June and on 12 July. He has still not returned. Also he filled some cracks with black sand and the sand blew out in less than a week. There was not enough sealer on the road to hold the sand in the cracks. Today is 30 July and he has not returned. I have attached a picture of my driveway. My neighbors say it looks as if someone sprayed it with aerosol can. But I know he sprayed it with his equipment but don't think his spray head was correct. Every time I had driveway sealed before the seal coating came out almost like running water....but his did not. I would never recommend Smith & Sons Asphalt sealing to anyone. Anyway that is my experience with them.....maybe if you use them you will have better results
