Lie and thieves. They lose our rent every month. They also have our electricity connected too two units beside us that is being renovated. Our power is now $475.00 monthly. Also, the Crime rate here is unbelievable, UPS can't even leave packages due to them getting stolen.

I have lived here for eight years. They are really responsive to resident's needs. Repairs are completed in a timely manner, usually on the same day. Easy access to Davis Stuart Road from a well-maintained and well-lit parking lot. Reliable snow removal by apartment staff.
Amenities include central air, trash pick up, assigned parking, playground, security cameras, outdoor storage space, adequate space for grill and lawn furniture.

I lived at Ridgeview Apartments for 3 years. Always paid rent on time and had really no problems except that repairs came late, electricity bill was high (>$200/mo) because heat is electric, and there were some issues with mold in the apartment. It was conveniently located to my work so I was content.
When I left, I cleaned the apartment and left. What left a sour taste in my mouth is that I was given a difficult time getting my security deposit back... And then they took $100 off for nonsense "cleaning of stove top and fridge". First of all, these were cleaned, and second... Does this really cost $100 to do? A bit suspicious if you ask me...
