If you work for them, they will neglect their duties and won't inform you of important things to do with the job and then will refuse to pay you. I had the same jobs every week for the same times and always had VERY different hours on my pay stub. My time sheet was broken, was neglected to be fixed for 3 months. If I knew better, I would have refused to work until it was fixed but because I am young and this is one of my first real long term jobs, I trusted the boss to do the right and legal things. There has been several times before this that my pay has not seemed right and I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't. Seeing how apparently this isn't the first time management has not paid someone, I am not surprised. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

On Tuesday we officially fired this company!! On Feb 5th we had a flood in our home. Our insurance company put us in touch with them. Someone from the company was supposed to come out that night, well strike 1! Donnie instead placed a call asking if it was really necessary, but at this point we had water turned off and a plumber on the way. He assured us he would be out at 830 AM the next day, said his crew would follow at 900 AM, strike 2! The crew showed up, led by Gordon, but Donnie never even surfaced that day, strike 3! Gordon and his crew were wonderful, we were literally moving in the day we discovered this, so picture boxes scattered everywhere in about 2 " of water throughout half your entire 1st floor! Mitagation went smoothly and professionally, thank you guys for your hard work. Donnie showed up on day 3, strike 4, he was very specific on what was going to happen and the timeline. We were told new insulation within 2 weeks of the quote being approved. Well SM was sent a check on February 21st, still no insulation 8 weeks later! Strike 5! Now this is no small job with the mitigation we are talking 32k, all approved, check cut! In the past 6 weeks we have left message on Donnie's voicemail, unfortunately you need to call back multiple times before he will respond, and this is over multiple days. Strike 6! When he does respond, he only feeds you more lies! Never having filed an ins claim in 35 years of home ownership we had question. 1st call was to inquire about square footage allowance, we wanted to look around for flooring choices. His response was you have x amount for floors, just go see Steve at Carpet World he has all your info. Well we went there the following day and poor Steve had no clue who we were, Donnie had never contacted him! Strike 7! We picked out floors and Steve came out and measured, well that was 3 weeks ago and we never got an estimate! Strike 8! 2 weeks prior to firing them, my husband called and left Donnie a message asking that he return his call. Mind you this is 6 weeks after the initial flood and 4 weeks after they got approval and a check! Obviously he never got a call back, 2 weeks and Donnie never returned his call, STRIKE 9!! Being new to this state we knew no one and were leery on who to use and trust, staying with the insurance companies guy guaranteed a complete job, we were more than patient.They got fired at the 8 week mark, we were tired of living on plywood floors with no insulation below them, insulation walls and open ceilings, pictures below, with zero communication! Strike 10 came when the insurance company emailed asking how the work was coming along, Donnie had notified them they had started our job a week prior !!!! We give this company a 1 star rating solely on the lying and lack of communication from Donnie, the poorest customer service we have ever recieved!
