Tried scheduling appt at this location and it was cancelled for no reason. Also tried to do a walk in and was told they only have one dental assistant working there and do not do walk ins. Had to schedule at a different location.

Make an appointment. Take off work for it. Receive a call the day before to cancel appointment. Told they have no staff to handle appointments. Why didn't they realize this when they made appointment. I will tell everyone I know and use every social forum to inform them what kind of inconsiderate company this is. Avoid them!

I had high hopes for them. On my initial exam the Dr. noted that I needed several crowns and "deep" cleaning. They quoted me over $5000 to get all the work done. I was sticker shocked at first but decided to break it down into small visits to get everything done. After I finished the "deep" cleanings I scheduled to be prepped for crowns. My original appointment was on March 18th, 2024 in the evening and had to take off work. Only a couple hours no big deal. I got a call that morning stating they were under staffed and needed to reschedule. I was rescheduled for April 4th, 2024 at 0900. Again I had to take off work. This time I had to take a full day. I get a call at 0745 on April 4th, 2024 stating they had to reschedule me again because of staffing issues. Of course I was pissed off because I took a whole day off. Not to mention I am experiencing pain in my mouth at the location of where I am getting crowns. I will not be going back to Aspen Dental of Martinsburg. The only silver lining is they put in for the $900 I already paid for the crowns. Yes, they make you pay for the service before it is rendered.
