A fast moving and growing company. Sadly, if you can’t maintain the standards of 5-10 new lines a week (even if only 3 weeks in) you are let go. Good people (some sharks always in the business world) and a decent job if your wanting to stand at convenient stores (sams club and target) 4 hours a day (roughly 25 hours a week) to sell ATT phones even though this isn’t what is necessary portrayed in the job adds. There is opportunity for GREAT money if you sell your A$$ off. Customer service is mildly important there…. What I mean is they don’t care if your are the nicest person possible they just want sales. Talk less sell more is the motto I picked up while Being there. You have to make your hourly before getting commission meaning you need at least 4 new lines and 4 upgrades a week to break the $300 threshold. I thought it was less but my last week there I got 4 upgrades and 2 new lines which put me at $200 for the week which I thought was supposed to be $300 but I guess I was wrong resulting in me being let go at only 3 weeks in. While there I accumulated 15 upgrades and 4 new lines but upgrades aren’t important to management there so if hired I recommend only getting new lines or be prepared to find a new job because as much as they push “we are a family” they are fast to cut you out “for the business” all in all this is a good job for people looking for a stepping stone or college kids who need experience
