Brandon at Grand Appliance did an awesome job lining up his crew to replace a drop in stove for me after a local competitor botched up the job with total disregard for the customer. He sent his crew over to straighten up the mess and they went way over and above all of my expectations. Cudos to Joe and Adam for a super job well done. I will definitely buy from Grand Appliance again soon. Thank you so very much.

We originally purchased our new fridge at the end of December. First fridge looked like it had gone through a boxing match. The ceiling was dented in several spots and there were several scratches. Grand immediately offered to replace and I felt we were being treated well. Fridge #2 also had several scratches - one almost 5 inches long that had obviously been made with a box cutter during delivery. Again...Grand offered to replace. I was getting frustrated over the quality but accepted a replacement. Fridge #3 cosmetically was fine. FINALLY. However it ran really loudly and you could hear it from upstairs in our home. I called and expected them to send a service guy to look at it...nope we'll just replace it again! For Fridge #4 we switched brands from Frigidaire to GE, thinking the issue must be manufacturing. This fridge again came with a 2 inch scratch in the front of the stainless and 3 of the plastic drawers on the interior were cracked and scratched. I don't consider us difficult customers, but for $3500 I don't expect so many defects in a brand new fridge. Called and this time instead of a new fridge they sent replacement parts. We could replace the drawers ourselves but needed a service guy to come replace the front stainless door. The service guy showed up late and was there for 2 hours replacing the door. A few hours after he left we opened the door and water was everywhere. He had not properly hooked up the water line and the door was full. We couldnt access the water line from inside the door so we had to shut it off. This time they picked up fridge #4 and are issuing a refund so we can go somewhere else. In order to get them to agree to refund we had to sign a waiver releasing Grand from any liability for water damage. And they were not nice through this last part of the process and one of there store agents literally hung up on me. I'm so glad to finally be done with Grand and would never recommend them to anyone. Stay clear! It's now April and time to go fridge shopping again...
