I needed to replace the carpet in the LR of my rental home due to dog urine. They were super knowledgeable and able to help me with the perfect choice in the right price range. I was under a very tight deadline but they shoe-horned the job in before the deadline. I just love the carpet and so much appreciate this team!
From Daly helping with her personal experience and the perfect recommendation, to James being on top of it for a fast and quality removal. I needed Harry's expertise on whether the wood floor underneath was salvageable for a future refinishing, and got exactly the advice I needed. Taylor was great handling communications and getting back to me. The installation was professionally done, and is just beautiful!
The whole experience just reinforces all the reasons why locally owned businesses are the way to go. You get knowledge, no hard sell or upselling, experience, service, honesty, people who stand behind their work, and want you to return as a future customer. They treat you right, help with solutions, save time and effort, and all at a very fair price. Highly recommended. Will return for other jobs in the future.
