Fill Application out. Days later i called because I haven't heard anything.they They didn't process my application yet so gave it a week then called back. There was an issue with an email witch there was a number they could of called to get the right email but didn't they didn't even reach out to me through email or phone. Ok so that is fixed they ask me if I was In a year lease I told them yes but i have been at my place for 16yr n the landlord is willing to work with me witch they never ask when the lease was up they just sent a email back saying I was denied because I don't have enough income to cover two rental. I emailed them back saying that my landlord told me I was month to month and nothing. Very I'm professional.

I am extremely disapppointed in the application process for the company. I spent over 1 hour filling out the application and waited a week for a rejection letter, without anyone ever speaking with me, and they had inaccurate information. What company does a background check on someone based solely on your name alone? No SSN, no DL, not DOB...just my name....and apparently there are 15 other people in the state of WI with my name, in which one of them has a recent court case filed. I wasted valuable time and energy contacting the clerk of coufts to see if someone actually stole my identity! I have never been so offended after filling out an application....and then finally speaking with an agent at the office. What a horrible way to do business...I will NEVER rent from this company in the future. I just resigned a position with the USPS and currently have a decent job in retail mgt making good money.....but dont bother applying if you lost your job and filed for bankruptcy within the last 7 years ....you will be rejected as well. Horrible way to treat good, decent, prospective tenants. I am beside myself with disbelief on how I have been treated.....

Rented for just over a year with Rems.
Poorly build duplex. Zero insulation, frosted outlets in cold weather.
Water heater started leaking on memorial Day weekend. Water heater was eventually replaced after labor day.....
After a year they allowed a bunch of kids working 2nd shift to move in above me. Loud and inconsiderate every night. Parking in my parking spot, leaving deer guts rotting in the front yard etc. Neighbors would complain about the new tenants every time I saw them. Rems told me multiple times they were in breach of contract and will be out soon.
Never happened. I eventuality had to move, from lack of sleep. Most unprofessional management company out there, or at least the employees at this branch.

Had a good experience with helpful people about a year ago, but chose not to go with that apartment. I was approved for a home loan recently, but have not been able to find anything yet. So my daughter and I submitted a new app about two months ago. Credit is even better than last year and were both making more money. We weren't notified either way if we were approved, like I was told they would over the phone when I called. Even a letter would've been nice, but nothing. Waste of time.
