We were looking forward to our experience with Chem Dry of Southern WI! Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and double booking the day of our appointment. Our appointment was for 8:00 am, with the understanding of a 2 hour window. The tech did not arrive until 11:45. We were notified that he would be running late around 9 am, but that he would arrive no later than 10 am. The communication was a confusing and misleading. Our tech was great and we think he did a good job but the timing was unfortunate. If you make an appointment don’t plan anything for your entire day, the 2 hour window is more like 4.

Very poor customer service. Appt for noon- 2pm, received call at 8:25 asking to come at 10am due to cancellation, we called at 2:30pm and left message as no one had arrived, return call saying that tech had phone issues did will still want service and we replied yes and by late afternoon we received a call that no one would be coming.

We had our carpets cleaned last week and everyone was very friendly. The guy who cleaned our carpets did a great job and they dried in a few hours. Resonable price. I like them better than Stanley steamers.

The first word that comes to mind is WOW!! Sean and Jason did an exceptional job cleaning our hard wood floors, stone tile floors, and our carpets!! You can not only see the difference but you can feel how clean they are!!
I also had Chem-Dry/Aquire clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I was very impressed by the work done by Cody and Nate!!My house is three levels, 2700 square feet, and one air duct goes through the garage with insulated flex pipe to a bonus room and they were able to clean everything!!
Everybody was very professional, knowledgeable and explained what exactly they were going to do before and after the job. Once they were completed they completed a walk through showing what they did and to make sure that all was perfect, which it was!
The biggest thing that made me a lifelong customer, was they treated my house as if it were their home!!
Thanks again Team Chem-Dry of Southern WI and Aquire!! I highly recommend both companies!
