        Dr. Carlson is always very thorough and takes extra time to make sure every question is answered and I feel comfortable with where we end the appointment. I always know what the plan is when my appointment is done and I feel that is very important when going to the doctor.

      Dr. Carlson is board certified in family medicine. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College in Iowa and earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa-Iowa City. He completed both his internship and residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.Outside of work, Dr. Carlson enjoys travel, camping, kayaking, biking, water skiing, snow skiing, motorcycling, technology, and the arts.
