Absolutely do NOT recommend this place. If you are going through insurance find somewhere else. My family has had 2 wisdom teeth removals from this place and each time they screw us over. We called multiple times, and each time it was an argument about how things were still processing, even though it had been MONTHS after. We still never received the compensation from our insurance because this center NEVER even submitted our paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE but here.

I've now had 3 extractions done at the OSC. While getting a tooth pulled is never on anyone's bucket list, I can't imagine there's a team of people anywhere else who could make it less painful both physically and procedurally. Dr. Anderson is always very professional and has always made me feel like a human and not a number. His Surgical Assistant Mary is nothing shy of AWESOME!! She's knowledgeable, informative, sensitive and extremely compassionate. Each time I've been there she's made my unfortunate situation as pleasant as possible and the reason why I'd never go anywhere else.

They are uneducated and have poor business practices. They tell you an amount with insurance coverage saying they looked it up then when its not covered, they bill you for it and stand behind their fine print warning on the docs you sign. Take your business elsewhere youll thank me.

Make sure they take your insurance before you go. And make sure the insurance covers what youre seeing them for. Didnt happen in my case. F-

Warning find any other place to go. My daughter woke up screaming in pain, they shoved us out the door before she could even walk. I had a wisdom tooth fused to my bone & was fine, I have no idea what they did to butcher my child but obviously have no clue how to numb properly.
