        Call AAA and they were told Craig's Towing weren't available so we waited on the road for about 3 1/2 hours for AAA to find a Towing service and AAA just kept stringing us along, finally I decided to make a call for our selves cause we were cold and it kept on raining. The first call I made was to Craig's Towing and they responded right away and came to help us within a 1/2 hour at a cost of $213.00

        Little punk with long hair and a beard is a loudmouthed, POS and he doesn't represent this company very well. He showed up with a sweatshirt that says "don't cuss.... Call us!!!!". What a joke this place is.

        Don't recommend. Had to pay $64 up front to start truck then drives it onto tow truck and then get charged towing charge to dealership. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF
