Build-A-Bear Workshop

Overall the staff was nice and energetic for my 3 year olds birthday. However, beware of up-charges! I was not informed about the beating heart and scent rub being extra charge until it was already applied and I was at checkout. Also the computer system automatically added a donation fee which put our birthday bear up in price quite a bit more than we were expecting.

Not alot of people in store still had to wait at door.. then never have i ever had to pay for a box home for my children's new friend. Sad to hear that after paying.

My daughter got her first build a bear Stitch and loved every minute of it. She didn't let it leave her side for a week!

Even with only two people working (2/5), they gave my son and daughter a memorable first BAB experience. They loved picking everything out and have yet to put them down! We will be back in the future!
