Really disappointed with the scheduling/sales service. I've tried twice now to have someone come out. Today, I was scheduled between 12 and 2 pm. I got a call from the sales guy that he could come earlier if that worked, otherwise he would be there between 12 and 2. I texted saying that I could be there by 11:30, otherwise I would be there at noon. I never heard back, so I arrived around 11:45 before my appointment (we don't live at the house yet). I waited until 2:05 and never heard anything, so I left. I've now scheduled an appointment with a different company and will be looking elsewhere for a water treatment system.

Complete rip off!!! They will set your water softener to regenerate frequently, thus having to pay for more salt deliveries etc. Also the water bill was huge! After several complaints, the softener isn't doing it's job! Do not sign a contract with this shady company!!!!!!!!!
FYI, after the so called fix , the softener has used any salt in 5 months months!!!!!!! WTH. Calling again to complain
