        Called at 2:09pm to check availability of a car. No one available, said they'd call me back. 5:30pm no call back so I called again. After being interrogated the guy sends me to a very pleasant sounding woman. I gave her the stock number, she apologizes & tells me she just turned her computer off and the other guy is with someone, can he call me back. No. No he can't. If it's too inconvenient to help a customer I'll find a Ford store willing to do the absolute minimum and open their computer to tell me if the vehicle is there. Just... wow. This is how small dealers close up shop for good.
