Francisco helped me out with finding the right car for me, he was dedicated to finding a car of my type, and eventually he found a car I thought I would like so he called me and said to come check out the car, he told me a lot about the car and made me feel comfortable taking it for a test drive, he made me feel like family and showed me a great time driving the car around! I’m glad to have gotten the car from Francisco! Will be coming back again! Also thanks for treating me well!

We went to Kunes because we got a flyer in the mail, and I wanted to see if we won. We went there around 4-4:30. The sales representative kept saying he would run the flyer through the kiosk. We test drove a vehicle to pick up one of my vehicles to possibly do a trade in. It wasn't until after 5pm I went up to the counter to ask about running the flyer, they told me "We stopped that at 5" DIRTY! They did rudely run my flyer through the kiosk. Turns out I got knock off ear buds. They (Kunes) act really shady(sketchy) We were promised, by our sales representative, a full tank of gas if we bought a vehicle (truck)that day. We DID NOTget a full tank, due to the time (closing)understandable, but a promise is a promise. Instead we were given some cash to get gas (not enough for a full tank)and we were told if we came back on the following Monday they would fill it up. When we went back they said they couldn't do it cause we didn't keep the receipt for the cash they gave us previously for gas. Well they failed to tell us to save the receipt and bring it back. "Scketchy" Not cool! Kunes is sketchy shady and don't honor their word (promises). They shouldn't make promises they can't keep!
