Two Sisters And A Bucket/Mine N Your Clean & Organizing 2

Two sisters and a bucket were hired about four months ago to clean my 93 year old fathers home. Since that time that have not shown up to clean at least twice. They never called just left him waiting. They continually change the previously set date and time, so he never knows when they will arrive. They had promised a cleaning before Thanksgiving and did not show up or even call to let us know they weren't coming. We fell they are unprofessional, unreliable and when they so show up, the actual cleaning job is mediocre, at best

My family and I are very pleased with the outstanding job done by Brandi and her staff. Very professional and went above and beyond what was expected. We had a very difficult situation with the passing of a family member at my sons home and she went into his home and did a makeover to try and make things a little easier for him to come home to. We were blown away by the detailed organizing and cleaning she did. This company truly puts there heart into their work and it shows! Nothing but complete passion!! Thank you Brandi and team for making this difficult time a bit easier ❤️

Don’t use this company for your cleaning needs. It is a struggle to get them to show up to clean even when they set you up on their schedule. We are brand new customers to them and began using their services in October 2020. Our cleaning scheduled was planned for every other week. Out of 4 scheduled times during October & November 2020 they only showed up 2 times to clean!! We were willing to continue to work with them until Thanksgiving week when they left us hanging! We were scheduled for cleaning on our regular day (Tuesday). However they didn’t show up when promised and finally contacted me at noon to tell me they weren’t coming because they were at other houses cleaning! They gave my scheduled time slot away to someone else and then rescheduled my cleaning to the Wednesday before Thanksgiving ... and NEVER showed up! I have to constantly call or message them to see if they are coming and/or to see why they didn’t show up! Extremely bad service and not dependable at all! Please don’t waste your time contacting this company for cleaning as it will just be a struggle to get them to show up. They are also extremely expensive. They quoted me $150 to clean our house! Our last cleaning lady (who unfortunately moved 6 hours away) only charged us $90 and did an AMAZING job! We used her services for over 4 years and never had any issues. It’s too bad that these lady’s from Two Sister And A Bucket and Cleaning 2 Order won’t show up as they could have an amazing company, as cleaning services are in high demand! Service: Standard clean
