Luke Kingree Law Firm was great to work with! His paralegal Sarah was very helpful. Luke was always available during business hours (sometimes even a few Saturdays) whether it be by phone or email. My injuries were very complexed and Luke was spot on with handling every hurdle that was thrown at him. Also Luke is very well known and respected in Wisconsin Work Comp Law. I highly recommend them for any workplace injury problems!

My husband was injured on the job 5 years ago due to the negligence of the company that he worked for. His injury put him at 75% disability (possibly more) for life. The employer's worker's compensation insurance company's IME first agreed that my husband needed a surgery due to the injury he sustained on the job. He was able to have the surgery he needed. Unfortunately, my husband needed additional surgeries because of his injury. When the insurance company found out my husband needed an additional surgery, they immediately withdrew their agreement and shut down the process of my husband's next surgery. Their IME reported my husband didn't need additional surgeries due to being injured. We had to start all over again through the government medical assistance program and the process was delayed for YEARS. The first attorney that we hired was less than helpful fighting the insurance company on my husband's behalf after we signed the retainer and less than honest about the amount of work they were willing to do for our case. That guy ended up going out of business anyways... So we researched worker's compensation attorneys and found Mr. Kingree. Upon further research, we found that Mr. Kingree had an EXCEPTIONAL amount of professionalism for his career and had the upper hand knowledge of playing on the opposite team for quite some time. So we asked to drop our attorney at the time, and decided that Mr. Kingree was more than worth our consideration. Mr. Kingree's approach to my husband's case was intelligently and tactfully aggressive. He knew the suffering that we were going through. He was with us as our attorney. Mr. Kingree won our case. Though my husband is permanently disabled for life because of his work injury, Mr. Kingree was able to settle with the insurance a amount comfortable enough for my husband to figure out what he can do now and be able to do it. We are very thankful for Mr. Kingree's passion for his role in the judicial system and compassion for the truly wrongfully injured out there.

I cannot express enough that the experience I had with Atty Luke Kingree was absolutely amazing. I hurt myself at work initially in 2021 needing a knee replacement. Workmans comp was denied after an IME. Scared and not knowing what/ where/ who, Atty Luke Kingree's name was brought up. I called and Sarah his Paralegal set up a phone interview and from that moment on I felt I was listened to and questions were answered. I ended up having both knees replaced the other knee failing while trying to heal from the initial replacement. After all the recoveries ended the legal jargon began. Atty Luke Kingree made sure I understood everything as it came up. He didn't beat around the bush, he talked to me as an individual using language that was easily understood, and didn't leave any questions unanswered. I've agreed to a very acceptable settlement with his guidance and knowledge. I had injured myself at my workplace. I'd never encountered this type of situation before! I had been encouraged by my Physician and another trusted source, to pursue a Worker's Compensation Case involving an Attorney. It was through recommendation, that I came across Kingree Law Firm. Sarah M. DeSalvo ( Paralegal) was the first person I had spoken to. She was SO PERSONABLE and UPBEAT!!!! I INSTANTLY liked her! When Attorney, Luke B. Kingree reached out, he was also, equally PERSONABLE and LIKEABLE! As this situation was all very new to me... I had a LOT of questions and concerns - Sarah had ALWAYS addressed them VERY PROMPTLY and with patience!! As time went on, I had thrown them an unexpected curveball... that had made my case a bit more challenging. But, Luke was very honest and frank about the possible outcomes.
