        I had my yearly service completed with Guthrie and Frey a few weeks ago. The service tech was named Caleb and he was phenomenal. I had filters changed on my RO system, a new bottle installed, salt delivered, and everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly. To be fair I have had a number of services completed from this company over the years and all of them have been great! Thanks!

        Guthrie service was excellent. Called to schedule appointment explaining that our salt level was very low. They schedule a delivery out of their normal delivery date to accommodate our need. The service person discussed our water usage and made arrangements to change our delivery schedule so this would not happen again.
