Hudson is gorgeous, the 135 year old Phipps house is beautiful, quiet and feels like we are the only ones here. The owners are sweet and friendly. The bed was great and breakfast was amazing. Pre Thanksgiving visit to paradise in Hudson. Amazing everything. Can't wait to return. No words to describe the history, the room, the food, the location, and of course the Amazing hospitality of our hosts. The very best.

We spent our Anniversary at Phipps Inn Bed and Breakfast. Sweet and quaint. The innkeepers were great hosts!

I didnt stay there. I listened to my little sister tell me consistently how she was treated by the owner while working there. For quite sometime she was made to feel guilty and pressured for even needing time off with her family, and that was before she even graduated high school. When she recently gave her 2 week notice of intent to end her employment, she was told she was leaving the business in a bad way, and was treated with what would be described workplace hostility by the owner. Not appropriate and definitely not a good look. I will be letting EVERYONE I know with work age kids to steer them clear of this place.
