DO NOT GO HERE. Received an email of my appointment confirmation and the notice that the location of the wash had changed (photos attached). Showed up to my appointment at the new location and they did not have me in their schedule and said I couldn't make an appointment for another 2+ weeks. Nowhere in the email did it say i'd have to make another separate appointment. I had driven out from MN to WI and took off work for this appointment and they were completely unorganized and unhelpful. When making an acquisition, notifying customers should be a priority.

Getting on my last nerve... as a monthly subscriber, I value the service of unlimited washes. However, about 2 of 6 times I've visited they've been closed! :(

If you're looking for a car/truck wash that is going to be open, this is NOT your place to go. I've started in May 2021 to do the Unlimited Car/Truck Washes on their Unlimited Plan, thing is, this place is never OPEN or doesn't abide by their posted "Open" Hours. If it is not that, there are cones are always blocking the entrance to the wash line during operational hours. I've had my truck washed on the "Plan" 2 twice since May, not for lack of trying, but lack of the place being open or operational. Went there last night around 5:50 PM, stated it closes at 6:00 PM, 2 other people at the location too, wash line was closed with cones and the lobby was closed too. You could see the irritation on the other people's faces as they likely saw mine. Decided to go in today around noon, so I knew they should be open, only to find out that the cones were in place again and the washing stations were out of service. Went in and canceled my "Unlimited" service, this place is a joke, better off getting the Holiday Washes after you fill up your tank, most of the time they're open at least! Would definitely NOT recommend this place, unless you speak to the Owner, make sure they are there for the service you're expecting, and show up 30 mins before they suggest your appointment to make sure you actually get in. Huge disappointment, in my opinion. Hope this helps the next people make their decision on where to get a wash. Never had the "Detailing", but heard it was good.
