Remodeling a home is often a very stressful experience. Dealing with Hutton Homes, especially Matt, minimized that stress to a totally manageable level. Matt is down to earth and at the same time produced a product that was extraordinary, we absolutely adore the finished product. We loved the experience and especially appreciate the fact that the job is not done until everybody is satisfied. Hutton Homes will be the only builders/remodelers we will ever deal with in the future. Yes, they are that Good. Not to mention the fact that our cats and dogs loved Matt Hutton.

Hutton Homes did a complete basement remodel for us. Matt had a lot of great suggestions and was helpful with the design. Matt's attention to detail and his craftsmanship were above and beyond. Matt's crews were all top notch and everyone was courteous and respectful. We appreciated the great communication, Matt always went out of his way to let us know who was coming and when. It’s rare today to find a builder that puts their heart and soul into the build of a new home. But Hutton Homes is all that and more. The owner/master-builder, Matt, will not wash his hands of you and fade off into the sunset once he’s got the contract to build your home. Matt sat with us during the design phase to ensure the design stayed within our budget and then oversaw every step of the process until the keys were handed to us by him personally. Every person who worked on our house was a master craftsman/woman. I can honestly say that our home was built with pride by people who treated our home like it was their very own. No shortcuts were taken and the crew’s attention to detail was over the top. It was the skill and detail of the craftsmen themselves that brought the character of this home to life. Not only is the interior remarkable, but the bones of this house are just as detailed and crafted. Homes are going up all around us, but not one of them can hold a candle to the quality and craftsmanship that was put into our home. If you ask us how we feel about our builder, we can honestly say ‘We Love Him’!

We had a wonderful experience with Matt at Hutton Homes. His bid was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. He provided insightful recommendations for our basement remodel to give us the look we were looking for. Matt and his team kept us informed of the progress on the remodel and went more than the extra mile in customer service. We will use Hutton Homes for all our future home improvements. We would highly recommend Hutton homes to anyone.

I highly recommend Hutton Homes. Matt leads an excellent team. Their quality work on our home addition is second to none. All their subcontractors were professional and met or exceeded expectations. Matt is honest and fair. He was on site assisting subcontractors whenever needed and made sure all aspects of our project were completed to his extremely high standards.
