I felt like the workers were very overwhelmed with the amount of dogs they have there. The staff was hollering at the dogs and seemed very stressed. I think they need to cut down on the amount of dogs they have. I think it overwhelming for the dogs and staff.

They treat our dog exactly as we would, with love and care. The staff here is just awesome.

We brought our pups for their first half day on a Saturday. I brought them in and handed them over telling the front desk that I would be back at 11 to pick them up. Got there at 11:04 and the entire facility was locked up. I could hear the dogs barking in the back, but no one was around. I tried calling and emailing with no response. I was finally able to reach them via FB messenger. They informed me the dogs were boarded at 11 sharp and that they do not wait around. The hours were posted and we should have known. After speaking with someone on the phone, they finally were able to come to the facility at 12pm to get the dogs. They could have at least called us, being it was our first day, and let us know that they were being boarded. I understand we were a few minutes late, but come on. Needless to say, we will not being going back purely because of the way the staff responded to us.
