Passport House Cleaners

I always look forward to seeing the passport crew pull into my driveway. When they leave, my house feels like, "Ahhh" 😄 Even just a monthly visit would be a big relief. They save me a lot of work and time that I can use to do something fun with the kids instead. Thanks Pam and the rest of the Passport team!! Service: Standard clean

The cleaning crew is great! Loved them personally. But things did get broken and would be hidden instead of informing us. Only a few times. I understand that accidents happen just say something please. But the main thing was they began with 7 people and in the end it was down to 4. They were still allowed the Same amount of time to clean my home. So things began great but went down hill over time. They had to rush and skim over things because they were fearful of not getting of here in time. Last visit was 35 min. Great idea sending a team in and getting the cleaning done quickly. In and out. We liked that. But as the quality suffered I called Pam. She can get nasty. She said her “business is time” my mistake. I thought her business is cleaning. She boast her 18 years of experience. We were under the impression she also would be cleaning. But she does not do the cleaning. They are all very young or at least appear to be. So kind and friendly. I would have kept the service if it had continued as it began and Pam were not so nasty. When you do have an issue she snaps back at you and blames you. Accuses you of being demanding and unreasonable. When all I was reporting is that they are so rushed that the miss whole areas, didn’t wash a floor, again and were so frightened of getting in trouble that they had to drop what they were doing and rush out. Several weeks in a row same spots were on the floor. Yet they supposedly mopped that area. It was in our agreement that the floors would be washed weekly. When they were not being cleaned I suggested that they use my Hoover floor cleaning machine. The mops that they use are very flimsy and do not wring out well at all. Leave puddles of water that take well over an hour to dry. One cleaner even would warn us to be careful around the puddles for a while. It was also a concern to me. That’s one of the reasons I asked that they try using it on the floor downstairs. 1 time. It also dries the floor as it goes. Pam made a big deal about that and claimedctgey we’re here 1 1/2 hrs. What? Try 35 min. Either Pam’s greatly exaggerating or someone isn’t being honey with her. And being that they are so fearful of getting in trouble with her, who knows. But my floor was clean where that was used. Again, not where the mop was used. One of my favorite cleaners was no longer part of the team the last few weeks. He did an excellent job in our kitchens. I do not know any of the circumstances involving his leaving the company. But a few left around the same time. He was a bit older than the others. I recommend the people but not Pam. She needs to learn some people skills. And learn to be kind. I’m sure she will find a way to turn this back around on me. That’s her thing. But all I asked for was what we agreed upon and what we began with. I’m very sad to say goodbye to the team of cleaners. But if you’re not getting what you’re paying it doesn’t make sense to continue. If Pam would have worked with us and allowed the team to give us the same quality we had in the first 4 weeks it would have worked out well. So sad.

No, I'm not from Arizona! I don't know where you get that from. Yes your people did "clean" my house. They did a terrible job each time they came. After they would leave I would have to straighten stuff up and clean things again. They also were "cleaning" things that I never told them to clean. You were very rude when I would try to tell you about things your people did or didn't do. Also you were rude when I wanted to cancel your service. Maybe if you were a decent business you would know that someone with the name Heidi Brown was one of you customers. It would be somewhere in your paperwork. Since you made me sign a contract.

Pam and crew have been cleaning my house for 3 1/2 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to be in my home. Not only does this company do thorough work, Pam has become part if the family with her upbeat attitude and friendly disposition. Truly a gem in the industry.
