Very disappointed with current State Farm policy and practices. After 20 yrs with this company I will be leaving. They are picking and choosing what new cars that they will cover and with poor explanation and service. Took a week and a half of poking and prodding with follow up information and detail to get denied coverage on a 2021 kia because its a 2021 kia. It has documented all updates and required modifications. If you dont want my business then I will take it all elsewhere. Along with my extended family. Very disappointing

Want to thank Frank and his staff for their outstanding service. Penny has helped me for over five years with auto and renter insurance for my son after we left Wisconsin to go to florida. Whenever I had an issue she was on top of it. I am happy my son is now in Florida too but will miss such great customer service. Thank you Annette
