Zero stars. Very unprofessional and rude staff. We planned to attend Marnie Marie’s Free Pictures with Santa event today with our 8 month old son, but unfortunately did not get a picture with Santa. While it was generous for Marnie Marie Photography to plan a free event with Santa, the organization and communication at the event was extremely poor. Our family arrived 10 minutes prior to the event start time and already there was a line to the door. Because of the cold weather and crowded space, we received a numbered post- it to keep our place in line. We returned, as instructed, 60 minutes later and received very disappointing news. The lady who was greeting everyone at the door had decided to stop using the post- it numbers to keep our place in line and was now asking that we get in line a second time and wait with our son for another 60-90 minutes. Not only did this woman not apologize for the inconvenience for such a young family, but she raised her voice at our entire group and justified the inconvenience stating that “it was a free event and we could pay to take our son somewhere else if we wanted. “ Overall, a very poor experience that I will continue to share on other platforms. It is unfortunate that this was my first and last exposure to this business, as it will keep me from supporting it for my photography needs in the future.

Marnie took our daughter's Senior pictures. Not only did she come to our home to take them, but was willing to change locations for her tennis shots as well, all inclusive of the sitting fee. She took hundreds of photos, my daughter did 5 wardobe changes, a location change and props, and the whole process took just an hour. Marnie is incredibly talented, kind, and funny! We laughed our way through the whole shoot! My daughter had a hard time with the serious face shots, but she loved every minute of the experience. We ended up getting a printed book of all of our favorites as well as a full box of prints and we didn't have to dip into her college fund to pay for it. Our son is already thinking of what pictures he wants her to take when he solo flies this winter as well as his own Senior pictures...in 3 years! Now, her store...my oh my! My husband calls it my new Target...I can't leave without finding exactly that perfect gift that I didn't know I was shopping for, as well as oodles of other treasures I couldn't leave behind. Marnies personality is perfectly reflected in the plethora of silly, whimsical, thoughtful, fun and off the wall gifts she offers. When I give a gift to someone that I found at Marnies I am always asked "Where did you find this?! It's perfect! I need to get one for...." Stop in to browse, you just might find that perfect gift you didn't know you were looking for.

Marni is fabulous! She has done both of my kids senior photos. She has worked with my sister, nephew, and niece. She makes you feel relaxed and happy during you photo shoot. Oh and the white box photos are a great idea!!!
