I would 100% recommend premier tax! everyone there seems to love their job. Prices are reasonable, and they were fast . Wanda (the receptionist) is so nice and helpful . Wendy and Megan are both so knowledgeable , patient and kind. I will definitely be going back every year! They took time to explain my taxes and answer any questions i had. Thanks guys, Ya’ll are great.

I was very disappointed. I made a appointment weeks out and the day of appointment i was 20 min early. When i got there a lady said Wendy should be done any minute. I waited over 40 min. And no one checked on me. Wendy told me when i set the appointment my taxes would take 30 min. Unfortunately i couldnt wait anymore i had to pick up a child and there wasnt 30 minute plus drive time for me to wait any longer. I had to try to get the attention of the lady in a office on the floor and tell her i couldnt wait any longer. That i have a child i have to pick up. And there is no time now to do my taxes. Im very upset. I respected there time and they did not do the same with mine.
One thing anyone that has any covid risks I was the only one there with a mask on.
