        Do not use this service!!! 25 minutes late because they prioritized a Target drop off over a pre-arranged surgery run to Lakeview in Stillwater. Arranged the trip over the phone the night before and explained we could not be late because it was surgery. Then they lied when I called to ask for an update the morning of - said he was "watching them pull in" as we were speaking...which was utterly false. I ended up driving over instead. Then had the nerve to call and tell me I was a "no show"!!! I set the record straight on their recorded line. If there was a negative rating, I would have used that. Uber or Lyft from now on!

        Had to get to Walmart by 6. They said they are 3 min away. 20 min later they show up at my door.I.was Late for work...I will try again and I hope I get a better review..
