        Somehow waited till the day of the move to tell us they didn't hold our reservation

        Only a 1 star. Got a trailer with a hole in tire.

        Picked it up around 3:30pm and spent 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul reservations trying to extend from a 4 hour rental to a full day. They wanted to double the price when the online booking did not specify a 4 hour limit. Also wouldn’t change insurance after both the pickup location and the reservation agent said they could if I called right away. After U-haul tales with the pickup location they said I would need to go back to the pickup location to resolve the issues. Very dissatisfied, will drop it off within 24 hours tomorrow and ask them to resolve the issues and post an update if either of the two issues is resolved.
