I made an appointment 6 months ago when I was at my last appointment . Couiee family dental sends out reminders , weeks in advance leading up to the day if your appointment . Their latest appointments are 4pm , so most people who work for a living , and pay for dental insurance have to make arrangements with their employer to make these appointments . So the day of the appointment the dreaded phone call from Coulee family dental , lo and behold not one , but TWO hygienists called in sick . The receptionist says they have 4 but 2 called in . After a brief discussion she ask if I can be there by 3. I explained no , Ive already made arrangements to leave work AT 3. Well then a couple hours pass , then a text , asking me to come at 3. I said I can get there by 3:30 earliest . Nope , that wont work for them . Office manager calls back , says they have 5 hygienists but 2 called in . Says if I get there by 3:30 they can do as much as they can . I said , so youll do half my mouth ? Or do it really fast ?? She suggested I looked elsewhere for dental service . She had the personality and the sound of a dentists drill . I suggest looking elsewhere for your dental needs .

I have to share the exemplary experiences Ive had at Coulee Family Dental. Id give 10 stars if I could. I have had a lot of dental experiences. Im on the sunny side of 70. Growing up in La Crosse my friends and I would stop at Merry Mart on Market on the way to school and buy candy, usually Mallo Cups. That probably set me up for the many dental procedures Ive had. Anyway I have had lots of Dentists. Non compare to Dr RJs professionalism and skills. I feel very comfortable knowing Im in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. RJ. Plus; the front desk, hygiene staff and assistants are so nice. I actually look forward to going to see Dr RJ. You will too.

Dr. R.J. and his staff are so accommodating and caring. They really make a dental visit seamless and not scary. The mouthguard I received fits perfectly and it has helped with headaches and jaw pain!

Dr. Stein and her team are so amazing! I have not been to the dentist in awhile and I was a little nervous...reception and Dr. Steins staff made me feel right at home. I highly recommend coulee family dental.
