I checked in the hotel in late January for only one night, and a credit card hold of around $400 was applied on my card and I was told it would be refunded. The cost of the room was around $160. I checked my credit statement 2.5 months after the stay and the amount was still not refunded. I called them and they said they 'accidentally' did not release the credit card hold, and they will do it now, about 2.5 months after the fact. Be careful folks, always check your statements and holds with these guys.

I went to book a room for $107 a night then after the taxes $100 resort fee are you kidding me there's a little scamming going on around here don't believe the price

When we first got into the room it was quite lovely... kind of reminded us of a small apartment. But then as we got settled in, there were ants everywhere around the baseboards and in the living area. They were also crawling all over the nightstands in the bedroom. When we asked the front desk what was going on/if they could do anything for us, they told us they knew it was a problem and probably due to the weather. You think you could have told us this when we were checking in?! Then, multiple electrical outlets in the unit did not work... we had to search around to find one that would work so we could change our phones! We then went downstairs (as it was my BF first time here) so I could show him the pool, game room, etc and there was a NAKED man... I mean, fully nude (not just cheeks) standing outside someone's room (whether his or someone else's I have no idea). He seemed high or drunk... didn't stick around to find out. We alerted the front desk and yes, they were "going to take care of it" but again, we were not compensation at all for any inconvenience during our stay. Needless to say we stayed here during their renovations, ants, naked people, etc and not one apology from the front staff or reimbursement for inconvenience. We would not recommend this hotel and/or stay here again! Just terrible!
