Attempted to get oil changewas told first come first serve arrived 60 + minutes before closing front desk person says we have last one of the day back you can leave car. If that is what you are looking for is people to leave car & return so say versus first come first serve we are all busy total waste of time. Front desk person lacks customer service skills.

I've been coming here for a while but am extremely disappointed they no longer make appointments. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to spend 7 hours in your lobby (even coming at 8 am when you open, first in line there's a 5 hour wait), and not everyone has someone in their life that doesn't have a job that can come pick them up when the wait time is ridiculous. I came for 3 days in a row and not once was it a short enough wait time for me to be able to sit around without a car. Which, good for them, they do great business and they're busy but it's absolutely ridiculous you can't schedule an appointment, especially when you need 3 or more services performed. I wish I didn't have a job, and I wish I owned multiple vehicles, because then I would be able to spend ALLLLLLLL my time in your lobby and you could keep my car as long as you wanted. The staff is super friendly so it's not like it's a bad time hanging out there but it's just the principle of the matter. Im afraid you guys are going to lose loyal customers who will opt for a place that allows them to schedule appointments around already busy lives. Service: Oil change
