This location really needs to hire more staff, so that they can reopen, and extend their hours. The first time I came by, there was a note on the door, which said that they had went to Lunch, and would be back at 3:00, and it's 3:15-3:20, and they still never came back. This past Sunday, I stopped by to get a haircut, and there was a sign on the door, that said they were temporarily closed. Every time, I stop here to get a Haircut, they are closed, which is not acceptable.

Went in to get my haircut, there was only one worker but no one waiting inside. She told me a customer was about to be there in 5 min and it was a 90 min. wait because of online check ins. I told her I'd wait, she seemed surprised but added me to the list, told me I'd get a text 15 min before my turn. 90 min past, no text, came back to see what was going on, still only one worker but 3 people waiting. She told me it'd be another 1hr wait! She explained she took walk ins and didn't turn them away. What's the point of a list with people waiting then? Had I stayed at the salon and not gotten in line I would have gotten my haircut, that's not fair to people in line though. Needless to say, I never got a text. Horrible way of handling things.

Usually a good haircut but unfortunately i think due to lack of help limited hours , yesterday the sign on the door and the website said open but no answer on the phone and no one there
