Very very bad experience. Both times. First time I bought glasses it took 2 months to get them. And they never credited my portion back. I gave them another chance and ordered 2 more pairs a couple months later. The offered the second and half off. I’m still waiting a month and half later. They won’t return my call. Hardly ever at the office. I go down a few times a week. Always gone with handwritten notes left on the door. Horrible service. I’d really hoped for better. My father has gone there for years. I understand why he didn’t recommend them though. So disappointed in this office. Cool stuff. You just can’t actually get it.

Went here for glasses and contacts. Very trendy, wide range of frames. The Dr was good, we went through 4 different kinds of contacts looking for something that would be comfortable for me. So...on the surface, Greg is great. Awesome attitude and is very helpful picking out frames. BUT, he said he would order some frames in different colors for me and would give me a call. This happened 3 times, and each time I didn't get a call but was in the area so I stopped in. All 3 times my frames were "on the way" and his fedex driver was "right down the road" (as he's looking out the window). I never received a call back on any of the frames I chose. Unfortunately I was never able to order the amazing frames I found or contacts because I never got a call from them. I am very disappointed, I really wanted to find a place to come back to year after year. Maybe a computer system of ANY kind would help you, Greg? To keep customer's information and orders organized?

Wow! Ok, I did not make a purchase here because my insurance is not accepted. However, I had many questions about coverage and pricing and the Dr. was so cheerful and helpful! Open about pricing, and how to get partial reimbursement from my own insurance at his store. Nice selection, and lenses made in Green Bay. If my insurance were accepted here I would go!!

Great place, great prices, and yes Greg provides exceptional customer service. I recommend this place to everyone.
