I'm a business member of the Fitchburg chamber. My business name is Quarry Ridge Retirement Community. I visited the chamber to get some questions answered and Brandon was a great source of information with helping me understand the benefits of being a member of the Fitchburg Chamber.

Great business, bad location, and not good about returning phone calls or emails. I think the Chamber is a great organization and I fully stand behind who they are and what they stand for. That being said, their location is horrible. They're located in the middle of a spa/yoga center. From the road, the signage is lousy - there is a small wooden sign covered by bushes. After circling the block twice, I pulled into the parking lot at this facility and called their office - but was diverted to voicemail. I walked into one entrance, through a hair salon, and asked employees where the Chamber was located. No one knew what I was talking about. I walked to the other half of the building and into a nail salon, and asked their employees, who also had no idea. There happened to be a UPS delivery man who informed me approximately where in the building the office was located. I walked around the building some more and finally found the entrance, tucked in the middle of the building with only a small window decal stating I was at the Chamber. I inquired with the receptionist at the front desk what her thoughts were about the location of their business, and she said she loved it. I guess they really don't want anyone to know where they are.
