Majestic Loft Apartments

I was a previous tenant at Majestic Loft where I resided since 2016. I can say residing there was a challenge especially being managed by the previous management company Gorman. So much was taking place under them it was very sad. November 1, 2019 we received a day notice that we were getting a new management company named Wisconsin Management Company. Dealing with Wisconsin Management was very difficult at first as well, but they had a great maintenance team when it came to work orders. Dean is who made sure everything was well taken care of. June 2020 we were introduced to a new Property Management, I was very skeptical especially after dealing with all the previous Managers and Assistant Managers at Majestic Lofts. When it became time for my move I must say the new Property Manager Ms. Shaneka Luster made sure I was VERY well taken care of. She took out her time in her busy schedule to help me find a place since I had no help if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be in the place I am now. She informed me every day not to worry and she had my back as well as many other tenants. I must say she stood by her word, she provided us with boxes, and Wisconsin Management even helped with my move. Even though my time has ended at Majestic Loft due to some changes. I wanted Wisconsin Management and Shaneka to know that I appreciate everything they had done for me. Shaneka deserves the most up respect when it comes to managing if I must say. Tim you did an amazing job hiring such an amazing, kind, respectful, VERY Professional and all about business property manager Shaneka. I wish her and your company nothing but the best. I already know as long as she is managing that place it will do some great things.

I moved in at Majestic Lofts last year. I was so happy to be able to find a place for me and my children. Back in June I was almost going to lose my apartment due to missing documentation and based on the previous Assistant manager (Derrick Braggs) not doing his part and stating that I make over the income. The new property manager Shaneka made it her job to come in and fix whatever errors and to send what ever documentation corporate office was requiring. Without her I honestly would of lost my place. Her coming in as the New Property Manager has been nothing but a blessing. Thank you to Tim and Wisconsin Management for hiring such an amazing person. I truly appreciate living here a Majestic Lofts.

I have lived here for 4 years and have generally enjoyed my tenancy. New management has taken over the building and right now things are in flux with upcoming improvements to the property, which were long overdue. It's good to know that they are investing in the property. That being said, I think that it's important that management keeps their tenants in the loop of upcoming changes so that they are better prepared to make decisions for their future. Even if management is unsure of timelines of when improvements are taking place, it's better for tenants to know that things are about to happen, and will happen- eventually, rather than learning about it second hand or at a time which puts them at a disadvantage. I had many concerns with this and due to rumor and miscommunication, inaccurate conclusions were drawn. Thankfully, I have found kindness and compassion with the new managers. They have addressed my concerns and we were able to reach a compromise.

When I moved in back in 2018, my intention was to get out of the building as soon as possible. It was not the type of environment I wanted for myself or children to live. However, since Wisconsin Management has purchased the property and installed new on-site management this place has done a complete 180 degree turn around. Almost immediately you could see changes taking effect. Improvements to the building along with the removal of certain residents has made this property a place I can see myself staying with my kids. It's now a friendly environment with great amenities. I love living in the downtown area and with all the other improvements going on around this property, it's an easy choice for me to stay and be part of the up and coming developments. I'm excited to be here. I don't give out 5 stars but I could see this property earning that fifth 🌟 very soon. If you are looking to live downtown, I would look at the Majestic.
