Bob Vitt - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Bob Vitts State Farm Office for decades. Thankfully there have only been a handful of times when I needed to file a claim. They have always been efficient and informative. They have been proactive and reached out to me to ensure I was comfortable with the amount of coverage and payments. I am positive I could pay less for insurance. I also positive it would be extremely difficult to find better customer service.

Daniel P was the best person to help me. He answered all of my questions, gave me the lowest price for new auto/renters, and was overall so polite and kind. He made sure I was getting the best deal and was eager to help me get my plan started. I didn't want to speak with anyone but Daniel, he was great! 10/10!!

Ive only communicated over the phone so far, but Ive received excellent, professional customer service. They also work fast, and are super personable.
