I was connected to this company through Port Washington Wisconsin Locksmith. First of all I would never recommend that company to anyone. I thought the tech would be coming locally. We agreed on a time of about 12:15PM to meet where my car was in Ozaukee County. I'd lost the key fob so obviously the car wouldn't start. I made arrangements for a ride as I explained I lived quite a bit away from where my car was. We waited for an hour and I called. He said he was on the way. Another hour passed and I called again and he didn't answer or return my voicemail. I called the company and this time the tech supervisor said the guy had just grabbed the key from the shop and was on the way and would call. Mind you this was two hours after our agreed upon time already. Three hours later the tech arrived and couldn't find us. He asked if we could bring the car to where he was. Sir, obviously if I could start the car I wouldn't need a locksmith. I had to send my location on Google maps for him to get to the parking lot we were in. Once he was there the process took 10-15 minutes and the price was fair. However the communication (or lack of) was unacceptable.
