        A difficult time made less difficult by the large professional staff. Just about everyone seemed to really care and go the extra yard to make things work smoothly. The only real complaint I had was no one (including the funeral director) bothered to provide their cell phone number. Every question I had seemed to be directed to a new employee which made me uncomfortable. Otherwise the service itself was *****!

        Thank you to everyone at Krause!! You guys did a wonderful job on my brothers (Otis) funeral. The place and setup was beautiful! Special Thanks to Mr. Alfredo and Mrs. Jeanie . I only have two suggestions for you guys. 1. Please keep loved ones updated on materials 2. Please allow more time for people to come up to the alter to speak on behalf. Other than that, please continue to bring warmth and healing to loved ones. Thank you.

        When I lost my mother the last thing I wanted to deal with funeral and/or memorial arrangements. I didn't want to think about a repast and cooking for other people. KRAUSE FUNERAL HOME made this transition and easier experience for me and my family. It was peaceful, comfortable and welcoming. The idea of having the dinner reception and memorial in one location was exciting. The food was excellent and the hospitality was great.         Krause has great patience with family during the families grieving time. I like that they record the service and live stream for other families who can not make the service, can still be a part. It was also nice to see the assistance they provided with the tank you cards.
