You need to pay a non-refundable application fee to apply, which is fine, but at the time of application, you also have to pay $100 towards escrow which is supposed to be refundable if you are denied the apartment or decide not to take it within 48 hours. They are great at communicating with you until it is time for them to refund that $100. Pretty sure I won't be seeing that money. I was originally told it would be immediately refunded, then told 72 hours. It's been longer than 72 hours. No refund and bank says there is no refund processing. No response to my email asking about it.

You can change the name of the street but its still the same. If I could rate zero stars I would. We lived in the leasing building apartments & If youre not dealing with mice,roaches or bed bugs you're dealing with the building never being locked, the washers and dryers are always broken & the staff is rude & disrespectful.

I was super interested in this apartment complex, but they won’t let me tour it without an approved application....and there is a non-refundable $20 application fee....so I would have to pay $20 when I don’t even know for sure if I want to live there. I think that that is a huge mistake on managements part. In addition, the person on the phone was rude.
