Comfort keepers, especially the site in Racine, notorious for just giving families warm bodies, for shifts they cant even staff half the time. Theyll sign you up and take your money and worry about making sure your loved one has support at a later time. The workers are underpaid and under appreciated and dont have the support needed half the time to address anything they or your loved one might need. Staff in the office (admin) very cold. A lot of the clients and customers dont have a voice or way to get online, to leave these reviews. Please take caution when trying to work with this provider. Exhaust all other options before working with them and signing for care support. Id give negative stars if I could

Having never had to use a care service for our mother before, we were somewhat concerned that we may possibly end up with someone that just came in and went through the motions, stared at their phone a lot and collected a paycheck. That has not been our experience with our mom's care giver Felicia. Felicia does not go through the motions. She treats our mom with dignity, concern and respect. It can be somewhat more challenging to make a connection with our mother as she has visual and hearing challenges as well as memory issues; not to mention that she can be a little shy at first. Felicia is very proactive in making conversation, doing puzzles, crossword puzzles, finding old programs or music mom likes etc. We feel very comfortable with mom in Felicia's care and have all grown attached to her. We are lucky/blessed to have met Felicia.

Friendly staff. I was visiting some relatives here while I stayed at comfort inn hotel across the street. Both places are wonderful and clean
