I would highly recommend Falls Glass for the purchase and installation of a natural gas fireplace. Jason came to measure our fireplace area and recommended a higher end unit than we had settled on. He is very knowledgeable and informed us of the value of the upgrades without any salesman type of pressure. Very happy with his recommendation! Installation technicians, Matt and Mike, were professional and courteous. Both took the time to answer all my questions. Protected carpet from debris and dirt during installation and cleaned up after the unit was installed. Were looking forward to years of warmth and ambiance from our Heat and Glo natural gas fireplace. Thank you for providing great customer service!

I had an issue with my natural gas fireplace and spoke with Greg and he went above & beyond to help my business. We're not in Falls Glass Services service area but Greg found area businesses that might help fix or replace ours. He could not have helped like a lot of other businesses did but he went the extra mile. We finally found a local company that is willing to help fix my businesss natural gas fireplace.
