Don't waste your time and energy with this company. You will never get your part. They have more excuses than you can count. Even when the owner says he will personally get you the part in 2 weeks. That was 2 1/2 months ago, plus the 4 months before that. Still never heard a peep from them. Horrible company, stay away!!!

I have purchased several items including derby covers as well as a timer cover from Custom Engraving LTD. Stephanie and Tim are both very responsive to calls/emails and very pleasant & friendly. The first derby cover was excellent color and detail. I saw them at an event picked & up the derby cover there. Several years after, a new bike required a new derby cover. I emailed Stephanie and Tim about the new cover. A small delay, not due to them (blame 20/21 craziness). The new derby cover came in the mail and it looks as great as the first. They will have my business for any other items I need. Excellent company and customer service.

Awsom product and awsome customer service, I had a slight issue with mine and Stephanie and Tim fix it immediately. They take a few weeks to make and revcieve but it is definitely worth the wait, it's a superior product and they back and warranty there product. Wish more company's could be like this!!!!

Custom Engraving Ltd does quality workmanship. I would recommend their products to anyone who is looking for jewel like craftsmanship.
