They hire drivers that don't know the first thing about professionalism and customer courtesy. One older driver I witnessed gettinf slightly cut off in traffic and started to yell and swear out the window. Maybe do better on reference checks?

I just got yelled at by a driver for accidentally almost pulling out in front of him. I had the sun in my eyes and a blind spot, so I didn’t initially see the van. The man had a beard and was yelling explicitly at me! License plate 248 UXA.

Buses are filthy, drivers are rude and they do not understand on time pickups!!!
