Working with New floors Inc was a great experience. Michael was so helpful and accommodating. Which was very reassuring for us since this was a totally new experience for us. We had carpet and LVP flooring installed. Both installers did a great job. Patrick and Dave the carpet installers were very polite and professional. They even remembered it was my birthday and wished me a Happy Birthday. Patrick the LVP installer was also polite and professional. They answered all of our questions, which were a lot. And cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our new flooring. It looks great. And we are very happy with our experience. We would highly recommend New Floors Inc. and the crew we worked with.

We loved working with My New Floors. The first carpet replacement they did for us, was a commercial job. We had worked on this for six months, with another company, before they finally decided their installers couldn’t do it. We called several other companies, with no luck, so were relieved when Mike, their sales manager, said they could do it. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and we were so impressed with their service that we had them replace some carpets in our home. Kevin the installer did a wonderful job, and we can’t even tell where the seams are. Mike was great to work with. He spent a great deal of time dealing with our many problems, and we were impressed that he always called back in a timely manner whenever we left messages.

Had my entire condo recarpeted including stairs process from begging to end good took 3 days which was reasonable. Prices were competitive with other stores. Installer was very careful and cleaned up after each day. Would recommend..

Great company and wonderful team! I walked in with a small carpet sample and Michael helped me find an exact match. I appreciated the good communication and professionalism. Kevin, the installer, did an awesome job quickly and neatly, and gave me tips on pet mess cleanup. The entire team, including Heather, made the whole process easy, stress free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone after my very positive experience! Thanks to the Team!
