State Farm Joe Bonow

Joe is very unprofessional and a very bad person. I caught him doing some shady things with my account. He was charging me for things that I specifically told him that I didn't want. I have told him multiple times to cancel those aspects of my account.

Joe was great to work with! He was very thorough in explaining the different insurance options to me. I had lots of questions, and Joe was always very quick to respond in a way that made sense to me. I was very indecisive, and Joe was very patient and understanding with me. I highly recommend Joe for all of your insurance needs!
