Thank you to Brian Laitsch at Bell Bank Mortgage who recently helped me along the process of refinancing my home! I had a great experience working with him. He would be especially great working with first time buyers as he is good at answering questions, or promptly finding an answer if he doesn't have one. He was always quick to help whether via email or phone. As this was only my second time 'through the process,' I still had a lot of uncertainty along the way. He was good at checking in to keep things on track, sending me things ahead of time so I wasn't in a rush, and just making the whole overall process easier. He sent me a lot of visual references and such too which helped me a lot in my final decision making. This was by far a better experience than when I purchased my house earlier this year through a different lender. I will 100% recommend Bell Bank and Brian, and plan to work with them again in the future!

Paul K., you recently helped my son-in-law and his sons get into a new home. He raved about how well you prepared for the closing and passed on that his real estate agent was also extremely impressed. We saw there new home. It is very nice and they are extremely pleased.I cannot thank you enough for the excellent service. I know there were some challenges but you met them head on and in quick order. I knew you would do this for them but it nice to know that someone who rarely says much good about anyone found you to veryt competent and helpful.

This would be my 3rd time dealing with Paul Kozak to handle my home mortgage. Paul in the past helped me buy my first home, refinance, and recently purchase our new home with my wife. Each and every time Paul exceeded my expectations and handled everything promptly, professionally, and with much knowledge.
